All Clear Plumbing co-founder and co-owner Scott Smith started his own business because he saw an industry that was broken. Scott noticed a trend of plumbing companies that were more interested in hiring technicians than plumbers.
Since All Clear opened, with Scott taking on all jobs in the summer of 2012, our family-owned company grown to eight teams – plumbers and apprentices, all of whom share the same vision of what a plumbing company should be. That vision is based on being an old-school company your grandfather would recognize. Our plumbers work on a salary with no commissioned jobs, therefore each call gets treated with the same level of importance and respect.
While our philosophy is retro, All Clear strives to be leaders in making it the new norm once again in the plumbing industry.
We’ve been honored to have our industry leadership philosophy recognized nationally. We’ve had monthly columns and feature articles published by Plumber magazine.
All Clear’s managing partner and co-founder is Scott’s daughter, Anja Smith. She’s a member of the board of directors of the South Carolina Chapter of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (SCPHCC). In addition to being a founding member of the S.C. chapter of the PHCC, Anja sits on the advisory board for PHCC National Membership Committee.
All Clear created its apprenticeship program because of the ongoing need for new plumbers. There have simply not been enough plumbers to fill the void of those retiring each year.
When you call All Clear Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, rest assured that you’re contacting a company that truly cares about the industry and is working hard to make sure it thrives.

Blah blah it was an honor and we hope to return in future years to spread the good word.
